The intro is a four-week start on Tuesday and Thursday nights, built around respect, discipline, responsibility, self-awareness and confidence.
Beginners and advanced kids train in separate classes, so a new student is never thrown into the experienced room. Jiu-jitsu, no-gi, Muay Thai and judo are all on the kids schedule.

Wrestling & MMA
Wrestling and mixed martial arts are part of the academy, but they don’t run every week, so we don’t print them as standing times. When a session is on, it’s on the live calendar.
Sunday’s competition open mat, 2–4 PM, is the regular hard room for ages 12 and up.
